The role combines electrical work and general maintenance, including ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring the proper operation of building systems in a modern office environment. About The Role * Ongoing maintenance of electrical systems * Troubleshooting and resolving electrical faults * Work with electrical panels and low-voltage systems * Perform general maintenance tasks * Preventive maintenance and compliance with safety procedures * Coordination with internal site stakeholders Requirements * Certified Electrician license – mandatory * 3+ years of relevant experience – mandatory * Proven experience in general maintenance * Experience with electrical panels and low-voltage systems * High sense of responsibility and ability to work independently * Good interpersonal skills
