We’re hiring a Controller to join our project-driven operational company specializing in construction, infrastructure, and ongoing maintenance services, located in the Tel Aviv Metropolitan area (full-time, on-site). This is a hands-on, high-intensity role that requires immediate availability and strong day-to-day ownership of the company’s financial operations. The Controller will lead core finance activities, build and maintain tight financial controls, and ensure complete, accurate, and timely collection of all invoices, supporting documentation, and project reports across multiple active projects. What you’ll do
• Take full responsibility for daily financial operations and accounting processes
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Closely monitor project budgets, cost tracking, cash flow, and profitability
• Ensure immediate and accurate billing, invoice collection, and documentation completeness
• Establish and enforce strong internal controls, processes, and compliance discipline
• Manage audits and regulatory reporting requirements
• Provide real-time financial visibility and insights to support operational and strategic decisions
• Work closely with project managers and leadership to maintain financial accuracy and accountability What we’re looking for
• Proven experience as a Controller or Senior Accountant in a fast-paced, project-based environment
• Strong hands-on accounting, control, and process management capabilities
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deliver with urgency
• High ownership, attention to detail, and execution mindset
• Availability to start immediately
