Role Description We are recruiting an Operations Manager at a mid-career stage, who is eager to develop professionally and grow together with the organization. The role combines hands-on work on the production floor with team leadership, cross-functional coordination, and execution of the daily production plan. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong technical background who is ready to further develop their career by taking on broader operational leadership responsibilities within a company that values human, collaborative, and respectful leadership. What you will do in the role: * Daily management of the production line and leadership of welding, mechanical assembly, and electronic assembly teams. * Close, hands-on involvement on the production floor – presence, engagement, and real-time problem solving. * Implementation of the production plan, task tracking, and meeting output and quality targets. * Ongoing coordination with CNC, Purchasing/Warehouse, Quality (QA), Customer Service (CS), and IT. * Participation in daily stand-ups and team meetings; building open and clear communication. * Ensuring material availability, order, and inventory accuracy. * Working according to safety, quality, and ISO procedures, with continuous learning of factory processes. * Use of ERP/MRP systems for planning, scheduling, and reporting (training and support provided if needed). * Partnership in leading operational and process improvements on the production line. What we are looking for: * Education: Electrical Engineering Technician or Electronics Engineering Technician – mandatory. * 2–3 years of proven experience in a managerial position in a manufacturing / industrial environment. * A genuine desire to grow into a management role and lead people. * A personal, human, and inclusive management style, with the ability to set boundaries and maintain standards. * Ability to work with multiple interfaces and strong interpersonal communication skills. * Russian – mandatory (must be fluent / conversational level required). * Hebrew or English at a good level.
