What To Expect In this role as an Inside Sales Advisor, you support customers and ensure a smooth sales process. As the first point of contact in our digital sales channels, you deliver an outstanding customer experience and share your expertise on Tesla products. You guide customers through virtual test drives, organize the vehicle fleet for remote test drives, and coordinate the handover to the Sales Team or local locations. You also handle administrative tasks related to vehicle orders, including cancellations and exports. You work in a dynamic team and support vehicle inquiries across Israel. A structured work style, strong communication skills, and team spirit are essential. Virtual communication via phone, chat, and email is part of your daily routine as you work with the team to achieve individual and shared sales goals. What You'll Do Customer Support and Administrative Assistance: You provide fast and precise responses to all incoming customer inquiries across all virtual channels (including calls, emails, SMS, chat, virtual consultations, etc.), and de-escalating critical cases is a priority for you. You guide customers through the Remote Test Drive experience and handle the full administration of the vehicle fleet (e.g., location opening hours, adjusting fleet availability, vehicle monitoring in case of accidents).Support for Export and VAT‑Free Processes: You review and assist with VAT‑free orders and work closely with internal teams and external customers to ensure vehicles are correctly processed for export.Request Management: You handle all incoming customer requests submitted through our website (test drive bookings, call-back requests, trade-in inquiries) and support local locations when needed.Processing Vehicle Order Cancellations: You review and execute cancellations of vehicle orders for the Israel market, including initiating refunds. What You'll Bring Professional Experience: You bring experience in inside sales, sales support, or a similar role within a digital sales environment and are familiar with the challenges of working in a fast‑paced setting.Organizational Skills: Your structured work methods and strong ability to prioritize make you a true organizational talent.Proactive Mindset: You take initiative, demonstrate strong problem‑solving abilities, and maintain a high level of service orientation.
