Job Description We are looking for Integration Team Leader to lead and manage the Integration and Assembly Laboratory for UAVs / loitering munitions, with full responsibility for assembly, system integration, testing, documentation, team management, and troubleshooting from prototype stage through serial production. This is a key role in a growing defense company, combining hands-on technical work, team leadership, and ownership of complex multidisciplinary systems from development to production and serial manufacturing support. Key Responsibilities Laboratory & Team Management * Manage and lead an integration team including onboarding, mentoring, task allocation, and performance oversight. * Establish and enforce work procedures, order, safety standards, and process discipline within the lab. * Plan and manage resources, equipment, workstations, and test tools. * Perform hands-on technical work as required. Integration & Assembly * Full responsibility for end-to-end system integration, including structure, propulsion, control, communication, electronics, testing, and full activity documentation. * Assemble prototypes, experimental units, and serial production units. * Support ground tests and flight tests. * Identify system-level failures and provide practical, implementable solutions. Interfaces & Delivery * Ensure adherence to project schedules and milestones. * Work closely with Quality Assurance and defense regulatory bodies. * Interface with field teams to support delivery preparations, demonstrations, and customer activities. Requirements Education & Experience * Technician diploma – advantage. * 5+ years of hands-on experience in integration and assembly of multidisciplinary systems. * Previous management experience (minimum 2–3 years) – significant advantage. Technical Experience * Practical experience assembling UAVs, drones or robotic systems. * Strong understanding of: * Electronics, wiring, and connectors * Control and communication systems * Structures, materials, and mechanical solutions * Reading mechanical and electrical drawings Additional Skills * High troubleshooting and root-cause analysis capabilities. * Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and process discipline. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. * Independent decision-making capability in operational settings. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in the defense industry, including organizations such as Israel Aerospace Industries, Rafael, Elbit Systems, or defense-focused startups. * Experience with loitering munitions or military systems. * Familiarity with quality standards such as AS9100 and ISO 90
