Product & Ad Operations Specialist (SSP & Exchange) Location: Rishon Lezion
– Israel Experience Level: 2-5 Years About the Role We are looking for a highly technical and analytical Product & Ad Operations Specialist to join our core platform team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management, optimization, and troubleshooting of our Ad Exchange and SSP infrastructure. You will work at the intersection of supply and demand, ensuring our programmatic ecosystem runs at peak efficiency. If you eat, sleep, and breathe OpenRTB protocols and have a deep understanding of Prebid.js, we want to meet you. What You’ll Do * Platform Management: Oversee the daily operations of our Ad Exchange and SSP, including publisher onboarding and demand partner integration. * Technical Troubleshooting: Debug complex integration issues using browser developer tools, Charles Proxy, or Fiddler, focusing on auction dynamics and latency. * Auction Optimization: Analyze bidding patterns and performance metrics to optimize floor prices, timeout settings, and fill rates. * Standard Implementation: Lead the implementation and maintenance of industry standards such as ads.txt, sellers.json, and GPP/GDPR/CCPA privacy frameworks. * Prebid Mastery: Configure and manage Prebid.js adapters and wrappers to maximize yield for our publishing partners. * Monitoring & Reporting: Build and monitor dashboards to identify trends, anomalies, or technical discrepancies in real-time. Requirements * Experience: 2-5 years of hands-on experience in Ad Ops or Programmatic Operations, specifically on the supply side (SSP/Exchange). * Technical Deep-Dive: Comprehensive understanding of the OpenRTB protocol (2.5/2.6) and how bidding logic works. * Prebid Expertise: Proven experience with Prebid.js configuration, troubleshooting, and management. * Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze large datasets to find "the needle in the haystack" that improves performance. * Tech Stack Proficiency: Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and SQL. Experience with debugging tools (Headerbid Expert, Proxy tools) is a must. * Communication: Excellent English (written and verbal) – you will be communicating with global demand partners and publishers. Bonus Points if You Have: * Knowledge of Header Bidding server-to-server (S2S) integrations. * Background in identifying and mitigating ad fraud (IVT).
