A growing high-tech manufacturing company is seeking a Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary engineering projects from planning through delivery. The company develops and manufactures innovative testing solutions for electric motors for global markets. Responsibilities: * End-to-end project management * Coordination of internal and external resources * Customer and stakeholder engagement * Procurement, subcontractors, FAT, and commissioning management * Schedule, budget, and quality control Requirements: * 3+ years of experience in engineering project management * Experience with multidisciplinary projects (mechanical/electronics/software) * Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills * Experience in electric motors, automation, electrical, or automotive industries – an advantage * Fluent Hebrew and English
