How You’ll Spend Your Day * Preparing materials and coordinating planning for daily product testing activities * Receiving, logging, organizing, and disposing of samples according to procedures * Performing analytical tests, including basic and intermediate laboratory analyses * Conducting qualitative and quantitative testing using analytical instruments such as HPLC, UV, and other site‑specific technologies * Reviewing, checking, and verifying laboratory records to ensure accuracy and compliance * Inspecting and proofreading incoming printed literature and releasing it in SAP once approved * Executing stability studies, including staging and placing samples in stability chambers * Supporting investigations, documenting findings, and providing test results to relevant stakeholders * Maintaining laboratory instruments, assisting in calibrations, and ensuring equipment readiness * Collaborating with team members, supporting training activities, and contributing to a positive, professional lab environment Your Experience And Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field preferred * Previous experience in an analytical laboratory environment

The role includes: Performing incoming inspections, in-process inspections, and final inspections of materials and products, ensuring compliance with company requirements and ISO 13485 quality standards. Approval and release of final products to the customer, in accordance with quality requirements, specifications, and procedures. Identifying process improvement opportunities, including generating reports and analyzing test results. Collaboration with production, procurement, engineering, and R&D departments to implement improvements and optimize processes within the ERP environment, particularly in incoming and final inspection areas. Providing administrative support for calibration processes within the company. Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in QC roles within the manufacturing industry; experience in the medical device industry is an advantage. In-depth familiarity with MRB processes and quality standards in the industry. ISO 13485 – an advantage. Technical skills in testing and measurement, including the use of advanced measuring tools (such as caliper, micrometer, and comparator), and knowledge of drawings and inspection specifications.
