• facing communication. What You’ll Own Bookings Verification: End

• end lifecycle management (automated & manual). Booking Accuracy: Ensuring the correctness of room types, policies, and confirmations. Team Management: Management of distributed operational teams. Communication: Operational communication with clients, hotels, bedbanks, and wholesalers. Exception Handling: Managing exceptions, downgrades, discrepancies, and claims. Metrics: Ownership of Operational KPIs, SLA. Improvement: Translating operational challenges into product & automation improvements What We’re Looking For Proven experience in OTA / hotel distribution/travel tech operations. Strong understanding of hotel booking
• related operational flows. Experience managing distributed operational teams or call centers. Data
• driven mindset (KPIs, dashboards, reporting). Ability to operate in real
• time, high
