We are looking for a Project Quality Manager to join a Military Aircraft Division plant at IAI. The position includes:
• Preparing project quality plans – identifying and managing quality requirements from early project stages (contracts, engagement documents), identifying gaps versus existing IAI procedures, and leading processes to implement requirements across division and company entities
• Approving key project documents and documents delivered to customers, in accordance with the quality plan, contract, and SOW
• Active participation as a core member of project IPT teams
• Ongoing interface with customers on all quality requirements and quality-related events throughout the project lifecycle
• Process quality control across all project phases – from initiation through disposal
• Data analysis and preparation of quality status reports (project status, quality events, FRACAS, etc.)
• Leading project quality audits and managing corrective and preventive actions
• Approving deviations from quality requirements
• Participation in change control boards and safety committees
• Preparing and presenting management quality reviews at the plant level
• Presenting, monitoring, and managing quality KPIs for the business unit What we’re looking for:
• Academic degree in Aeronautical, Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Proven knowledge of AS9100 quality standards – mandatory Advantages:
• Certified Quality Engineer – advantage
• Familiarity with the aerospace industry – advantage
