Tnuva Group is seeking an experienced Head of Import/Export Department to lead all global trade operations across the company. The role oversees end‑to‑end import and export processes, regulatory compliance, supplier coordination, and complex logistics activities. Key Responsibilitie * Manage all import/export operations (approx. 3,000 TEU/year) across sea, air, and land * Lead daily international shipping activities with global suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers * Ensure full compliance with regulations, quotas, and government requirements * Oversee special shipments: heavy equipment, hazardous materials, and temperature‑controlled food products * Manage operations with ports, cargo terminals, inland warehouses, and inland transportation * Work closely with the Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Health, legal offices, and the Tax Authority * Lead technical logistics projects and sensitive shipments requiring specialized equipment * Manage and develop the Import/Export team Requiremen * 6+ years managing import/export processes in an importing organizatio * Experience in air‑freight export of food product * Proven experience with complex logistics: multimodal shipping, refrigerated cargo, hazardous material * Strong knowledge of Incoterms, regulations, and import licensin * Experience managing teams and working with regulatory authoritie * High‑level Englis
