– Location: Tel Aviv A leading global law firm is seeking an Attorney Support Specialist to join its Tel Aviv office on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This position plays a pivotal role in supporting attorneys and ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality legal services. Working within a global team and a real-time ticketing environment, you will help enhance lawyer efficiency through comprehensive administrative and operational support. A flexible working schedule with a hybrid format may be available. Responsibilities * Manage daily time entry, expense reimbursements, calendaring, scheduling, document editing, and travel coordination * Learn internal systems and processes proactively to identify effective and innovative solutions * Maintain strict confidentiality of firm and client information * Promote effective work practices, teamwork, and a respectful workplace culture What We’re Looking For * Strong professional communication skills and the ability to interact with attorneys, clients, vendors, and colleagues * Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a strong customer-service mindset * Capacity to multi-task and adapt to evolving technology and processes Qualifications * Experience in a legal or professional services environment * Familiarity with tools such as Chrome River, Outlook, 3E, Cisco Phone, Intapp (DTE), InterAction, and other internal systems * Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint If you’re detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and motivated to support a dynamic legal team, this role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a high-performing global environment.
