We are seeking a highly organized, service-oriented Office Manager & Welfare/Admin Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone proactive, energetic, and people-focused who excels at creating an outstanding employee experience while ensuring seamless office operations. What You’ll Do Office & Administrative Management * Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure the office runs efficiently. * Provide administrative support to the CEO, Deputy CEO, and management team. * Manage all incoming calls and employee inquiries. * Coordinate meetings, prepare rooms, and arrange refreshments for guests and events. * Maintain office order and ensure meeting rooms are organized after use. * Handle grocery orders, meal arrangements, and general office supplies. * Manage office equipment, supply ordering, and relationships with vendors. * Coordinate with the leasing company on fuel cards, vehicle matters, reports, and cellular accounts. * Oversee the cleaning company and ensure high cleanliness standards. * Serve as the main point of contact with building management regarding facility maintenance. Welfare & Employee Experience * Implement the company’s welfare strategy. * Help create a positive employee experience across all touchpoints. * Contribute creative ideas and support ongoing innovation in employee activities and events. Sales & Marketing Administrative Support * Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and sales processes. * Support responses to client questionnaires and RFPs. * Provide coordination support for both sales and marketing activities. Reception Duties * Serve as the primary contact at the company’s front desk and welcome visitors. Requirements * Minimum one year of experience in administrative and/or welfare roles. * Strong English skills (speaking, reading, and writing). * Full proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working in a digital environment. * Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced, multitask-focused environment. * Strong capability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Academic degree is a significant advantage. * Ability to independently manage projects and tasks as needed. * Highly organized, detail-oriented, responsible, and reliable. * Fast learner with excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills.
