We’re looking for a Data Scientist with a strong background in bioinformatics and human genetics to join our R&D team in Tel Aviv. If you’re passionate about building data-driven models, connecting science with technology, and uncovering insights hidden in DNA — this role is for you. What You’ll Do Design and implement models and algorithms for genomic and clinical data analysis Build smart pipelines integrating genomic, phenotypic, and nutritional datasets Extract biological insights from genomic data (VCF, BAM, FASTQ) Develop ML and deep learning models using **Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch** Collaborate with bioinformaticians, nutrition scientists, and engineers to turn genomic data into actionable recommendations What We’re Looking For
• MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or related field
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in genomic or bioinformatics data analysis
• Strong programming skills in **Python** and data libraries (NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn)
• Experience with ML frameworks (**PyTorch / TensorFlow**)
• Familiarity with **AWS, Git, and Linux**
