We operate across New York, Austin, Nashville, and Tel Aviv and are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role requires a combination of intelligence, creativity, agility, and strong problem-solving and execution skills to help us identify and attract top talent. Responsibilities: * Lead end-to-end sourcing efforts, identifying high-potential candidates across various channels * Utilize advanced sourcing tools and techniques to proactively build strong talent pipelines * Work closely with hiring managers and the CEO to understand role requirements and craft tailored sourcing strategies * Apply creative, out-of-the-box thinking to identify candidates for challenging roles * Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to determine suitability for specific positions * Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and needs Requirements: * At least 3 years in talent sourcing, recruitment, or HR roles * Proven natural intelligence and problem-solving of complex operational and execution tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Work, or a related field. * Proficient in utilizing various sourcing channels, tools, and platforms to identify and engage potential candidates * Strong ability to assess and evaluate candidate profiles to ensure alignment with job requirements, company culture, and values * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills * Experience in using data analytics and metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies
