Senior Hunter Sales Manager – Electro-Mechanical (M&E) Infrastructure Projects Exclusive Role within a Group of Companies Job Description A central and exclusive role, reporting to the Head of Business & Sales Operations / Head of Business Development and Sales of a group of four companies. The role focuses on market penetration, relationship building, and full-cycle activation and closing of large-scale projects and engagements (multi-million NIS) in the field of Electro-Mechanical (E&M) infrastructure systems across industry, the public sector, hospitals, and water, energy, and data center developments. We are a leading Israeli company with over 50 years of experience in the planning and execution of industrial and commercial infrastructure systems, including Electro-Mechanical systems (MEP, process piping, water, gas, electricity, HVAC, plumbing, and more). Our activities span factories, logistics centers, hospitals, laboratories, and data center infrastructure. We are now recruiting a single Senior Business Development & Sales Manager for a key, group-level role in the local market. The role combines proactive market penetration (cold outreach, on-site visits, networking and connections), building relationships from scratch or through existing market familiarity, leading new business opportunities, and managing the full commercial engagement process through to contract signing and order receipt—working closely with engineering and execution teams. This is a hands-on, hunter-type, highly impactful and central role within a group of four companies, approximately 200 employees, and dozens of subcontractors. It is not a traditional sales role, but true business development through to deal closure (“closing with your own hands”) in industrial and mechanical infrastructure systems, including piping, mechanical assemblies, electrical systems, safety and control—part of an ongoing transformation of the group’s sales processes. The role is highly independent and reports directly to the Head of Sales Operations of the group.
