HR Manager – Relocation to APAC A well-established international healthcare provider is seeking a strategic and experienced HR professional to oversee HR operations across multiple establishments located within the same city in a developing country in Asia. This is an HR Manager/Senior BP level role. While we cannot disclose the specific country at this stage, the role requires close coordination across sites and a strong on-the-ground presence. This is a mission-critical role demanding strategic insight, agility, and the ability to manage diverse teams and shifting business needs with speed and confidence. Description Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Director to lead the human resources function across Delta Galil’s Israeli sites and support global HR initiatives. This role is a strategic and operational leadership position, responsible for driving people strategy, organizational development, and HR excellence in a complex, multi-site and multicultural environment. The HR Director will work closely with senior leadership to align HR practices with business goals, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure consistency and compliance across locations. The role requires strong business acumen, a global mindset, and the ability to lead change and influence across diverse teams.
