We are looking for an HR Business Partner to work closely with several units (R&D, Product, HQ) as well as implement the global HR policies and processes in these units. You will work with both management and employees to ensure positive and developing experiences throughout the employee life cycle while achieving optimal success for the Company. You will act on all levels

• on HR work and sensing with employees to strategic consultancy to managers. You should be a positive, proactive communicator and change agent, someone who can successfully balance employee needs with business objectives to create integrated solutions. In this role you will report to the VP HR responsible for Checkmarx Israel site and the global R&D unit. This position is a ML replacement for a year. Responsibilities: Enable the business goals of the organizations you work with by connecting people, structure, and processes to them. Working as the HR focal point for several different units in different professional arenas, providing advice and best

• class HR solutions while collaborating with other HR functions. Sense the mindset and needs of employees in the geography/units under your responsibility and reflect in an aggregated fashion to unit managers with improvement suggestions. Drive our HR strategy around talent and organizational issues, building and implementing processes that enable the company to scale at an accelerated pace while maintaining a high
• performing culture. Mentor and develop leaders within the organizations you work with. Build and lead processes to identify high
• potential talent and ensure continued development and advancement. Requirements
• 3+ years of demonstrated HRBP experience in a tech company, preferably in the security domain.
• Israel labor law knowledge
• Positive, Proactive, Team player, and Hands
• on with a can do attitude.
• Business Savvy, dynamic, strong learning abilities, and curiosity
• Strong and proven coaching and consultation skills for various levels of managers.
• Ability to think and operate both strategically and tactically without losing the connection between both.

A Technology business Unit Manager is required managing a business unit that includes several technology lines of activity, professional managers and teams of experts. Leading the field as a profit and loss unit/business:
• strategy, profitability, technology partnerships, innovation
• Employee management and customer relationship management
• Development and implementation of a multi-year strategic and business plan
• Overall responsibility for revenue, profitability, customer portfolio, and business expansion
• Leading strategic relationships with external partners, technology providers, suppliers, and key clients
• Managing senior executives and professional teams in advanced technological domains
• Overseeing a specialized sales unit
• Developing new market capabilities and creating additional growth engines
• Driving cross-organizational collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service
• Retention and development of talent while fostering organizational engagement Job Requirements:
• 7-10 years of experience in senior management positions in technology / integration fields In-depth familiarity with the worlds of infrastructure, managed services, SaaS and PaaS solutions.
• Proven experience!!! in managing a full P&L unit! Including responsibility for revenue, budget, business planning and meeting goals.
• Experience in managing service units Strong background in leading technology partnerships and strategic partnerships with manufacturers
• Experience in leading teams of experts and senior technology managers, including employee retention and development in a competitive market.
• High level English In-depth understanding of technology and ability to translate into business terms High interpersonal skills
