This is a full-time, on-site role for an experience (at least 3 years) Electrical & Electronics Engineer located in Hod HaSharon. The engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining electrical and electronic systems for our drone docking technologies. The day-to-day tasks include circuit design, analyzing electrical systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficiency and reliability of our systems. Key Responsibilities: Specification & Design Write technical specifications and select electrical/electronic components (power supplies, relays, contactors, servo amplifiers, motors, etc.). Design electrical panels and control panels, including protections, switches, and internal wiring. Design motion-control systems, select motors, drivers, and controllers while coordinating with the mechanical team. Proficiency in Circuit Design and Electricity Harness & Cabling Design Full wiring harness design according to industrial and military standards. Select cables, conductor cross-sections, connectors (MIL, IP65/67), wire marking, and physical routing. Prepare detailed wiring diagrams and harness drawings. Generate accurate BOMs for all harnesses and cable assemblies. Hands-on Work Assemble electrical panels, perform wiring, and conduct continuity/insulation tests. Build harnesses, perform crimping, soldering, and connector terminations. Conduct system integration tests in the lab or at customer sites. Perform troubleshooting and fault isolation in the field. This is your chance to apply your technical expertise in a practical, hands-on environment and be part of a team that keeps a world-class facility running smoothly. תיאור התפקיד * Operate and maintain electrical systems: Ensure reliable and safe operation of all electrical infrastructure across the plant, including preventive and corrective maintenance. * Execute infrastructure and system projects: Support and implement projects for upgrading or installing electrical systems required for production continuity and site needs. * Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards: Adhere to national regulations, site procedures, and industry standards to maintain safe and compliant operations in high-voltage and industrial environments. * Work with cross-functional teams and contractors: Cooperate with production, maintenance, engineering, and quality teams, and oversee contractors and electricians to ensure tasks are completed safely and on time. * Support efficiency improvements: Identify maintenance-related improvements to enhance equipment reliability, energy efficiency, and safe plant operations. * Provide technical support to operations: Troubleshoot electrical issues, assist production lines, and guide maintenance teams in resolving technical challenges. * Train and mentor employees: Share knowledge and provide training on electrical topics to electricians and other staff, strengthening the plant’s internal expertise. כישורים נדרשים * B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering with a valid Licensed Electrical Engineer certification. * Proven experience with high-voltage and power systems. * Minimum of 5 years of industrial experience, preferably in the chemical industry. * Proficiency in AutoCAD – an advantage. * High computer literacy, including MS Office, email, and ERP systems. * Strong ability to work with multiple interfaces and coordinate cross-functional activities.
