• Set up CNC mill-turn machines (multi-axis, live tooling, etc.) according to drawings, process sheets
• Proven operation experience machine like : MAZAK INTEGREX,OKUMA MULTUS,DMG MORI NTX ,WFL * Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions. * Select and install tooling, fixtures, and work holding devices. * Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to feeds, speeds, and offsets to achieve required tolerances. * Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (callipers, micrometres, gauges, etc.). * Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning. * Troubleshoot machining issues and collaborate with engineers/programmers when needed. * Execute precise machine setups including chucking, tool offsets, C/Y/B-axis alignment, and zero-point reference. * Machine exotic materials including stainless steel, titanium,Aluminum and Inconel. * Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to continuously improve machining processes.
