We foster a purpose driven culture built on passion, optimism, and a genuine commitment to our customers, each other, and our planet. **Responsibilities** * Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accu racy and compliance with accounting standards. * Support and help improve the budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analy sis and financial modeling. * Strengthen and monitor internal financial controls, ensuring adherence to regulatory re quirements and company policies. * Perform analytical reviews of company activities, including profitability calculations. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and efficient financial processes. * Oversee day to day finance operations, including reconciliations, reporting, and process opti mization. * Assist in preparing materials for management and board reporting. **Qualifications** * Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license. * Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions. * Familiarity with financial systems (Priority experience is a plus). * Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * High level English proficiency in all aspects: reading, writing, and speaking.
