We’re hiring: Technical Support Team Leader Financial organization | Ramat HaHayal Hybrid work model ! What will your day look like? * Managing a team of technical support specialists in a dynamic and well-established organization * Overseeing service quality and handling complex technical issues * Leading cross-organizational technology projects with a strong focus on process improvement and efficiency * Working closely with external vendors and department managers * Writing procedures and documenting issues and solutions * Developing the professional team: recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and ongoing mentoring Position details: * Full-time role, 5 days a week * Work from the company offices in Ramat HaHayal + one day a week at the Haifa branch Who is this role for? * Previous experience as a PC Technician (minimum 3 years) – mandatory * At least 1 year of experience managing a technical team in a large organization – mandatory * Strong leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, excellent interpersonal skills, and a high service-oriented mindset * Valid driver’s license – mandatory Interested or know someone who might be a great fit?
