At Zap Group, you’ll have the opportunity to join a Finance team that operates at the heart of the company’s business activity, with real responsibility, advanced processes, and an environment that supports continuous learning and growth. This role includes hands-on accounting responsibilities and close partnership in financial operations, combined with the use of AI tools and advanced technologies as part of the day-to-day work. What will you be doing? * Full-cycle bookkeeping up to trial balance * Working with vendors and customers: invoice processing, payments, and collections * Performing bank, credit card, and cash reconciliations * Ongoing reporting to authorities (VAT, payroll deductions, National Insurance) * Working closely with the company’s CPA and financial interfaces * Producing financial reports and internal controls * Working with advanced financial systems, automation processes, and AI tools as part of the routine What are we looking for? * Bookkeeping certificate (Type 2/3) – mandatory * 4–5 years of bookkeeping experience – mandatory * Experience with monthly closings and preparing data for financial statements * Experience working up to trial balance – mandatory * Strong Excel skills – mandatory * Experience with Oracle – advantage * Experience working with technological tools and AI – advantage * Strong communication skills, team player mindset, and a willingness to learn and grow
