Job Title: Senior HVAC Technician – Mobile Phone Support (White Glove Service) Location: Har Tuv
– Bet Shemesh (In office only) Schedule: 3pm
– 12AM midnight (American Hours Shift) About the Role We’re looking for an experienced and customer-focused HVAC Technician to join our team. This in-office role blends hands-on HVAC skillsets with remote troubleshooting support, making it a perfect fit for a well-rounded technician who thrives in a dynamic environment. You'll be responsible for supporting our customers with their installation, maintenance, and repair needs remotely from our office, with a particular focus on delivering white-glove service to every client, every time. Key Responsibilities * Diagnose and repair HVAC systems and components over the phone * Deliver exceptional customer experiences during every service call * Maintain detailed service records and communicate effectively with both team members and clients What We’re Looking For * Minimum 5 years of hands-on HVAC experience * Deep mechanical knowledge, including inverter-type systems (e.g. mini splits) * Strong diagnostic skills and familiarity with a variety of HVAC tools * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English * Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic * A commitment to professionalism and premium service delivery If this position sounds relevant to you, apply today at Jobs@ephoca.com
