^^משרה זו נלקחה מ Career^^תיאור משרה למפעל תעשייתי מוביל דרוש/ה אחראי/ת קו עיבוד שבבי לניהול ותפעול שוטף של קו ייצור בסביבה מתקדמת. תחומי אחריות: ניהול עובדים במשמרת: מעקב נוכחות, ניהול הפסקות ושיבוץ בעמדות העבודה. ליווי תהליכי חניכה והסמכה והכשרת עובדים חדשים. הובלה והטמעה של תהליכי LEAN בקו הייצור. אחריות על ביצוע טיפולים תקופתיים בקו (יומי, חודשי ושנתי). מילוי והזנת צ'ק ליסטים למערכות, כולל תיעוד החלפת חלקים במכונות. ניהול ותמיכה בתהליכי הייצור: עמידה בתוכנית ייצור, טיפול בצווארי בקבוק ובתקלות, ומתן פתרונות בזמן אמת. גיבוי מנהל/ת משמרת בעת הצורך. דרישות ניסיון קודם בתעשייה

Responsibilities (English) A leading industrial manufacturing company is looking for a Machining Line Supervisor to manage and operate a production line in a dynamic, advanced environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage shift employees: attendance tracking, break management, and workstation assignments. Lead onboarding, training, and certification processes for new employees. Drive and implement LEAN initiatives on the production line. Ensure execution of preventive maintenance (daily, monthly, yearly). Complete and input checklists into systems, including documentation of machine part replacements. Oversee and support all production activities: execution of production plans, bottleneck management, troubleshooting, and problem
