– and we’re looking for a passionate Event Producer to join our team! ⸻ About the Role: As an Event Producer, you’ll manage and execute weddings on-site, ensuring everything runs smoothly and creating unforgettable experiences. You’ll work hands-on in the field, coordinating with music ensembles, vendors, and our in-house tech team to bring creativity and innovation to every celebration. ⸻ Responsibilities:
• Full production management of weddings
– from planning to live execution.
• On-site leadership during events, ensuring flawless operations under pressure.
• Coordination with music ensembles, vendors, and other creative partners.
• Fast problem-solving and adaptability during live events.
• Collaboration with our AI and product teams to integrate new technologies into real-world events. ⸻ Requirements:
• Proven experience managing at least 10 weddings end-to-end.
• Excellent organizational skills and calmness under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience working with music ensembles or live performers
– a big plus.
• Availability for on-site work at weddings (including evenings and weekends).
