Responsibilities: * Global Sales Leadership * Full ownership of Magal’s global sales strategy and execution. * Leading all worldwide sales activities, revenue growth, and market expansion. * Defining and implementing annual sales plans, targets, and go-to-market strategies. * Building and driving a high-performance, results-oriented global sales organization. * Business Development & Market Expansion * Identifying, developing, and executing new business opportunities across existing and emerging markets. * Expanding Magal’s footprint in key territories including Asia, Africa, Eastern Europe, and Latin America. * Establishing and nurturing strategic relationships with key customers, partners, system integrators, and governmental entities. * Leading major bids, proposals, and contract negotiations. * Sales Organization Management * Managing regional sales teams, country managers, channel partners, and distributors worldwide. * Building scalable sales infrastructures, processes, and methodologies. * Setting clear KPIs and ensuring consistent achievement of sales objectives. * Coaching and mentoring sales managers and teams to maximize performance. * Strategic Partnerships & Alliances * Developing strategic partnerships to support long-term business growth. * Collaborating with local partners and integrators to strengthen Magal’s competitive position. * Supporting M&A opportunities from a commercial perspective when relevant to growth strategy. * Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership * Close collaboration with the VP Sales Israel to ensure alignment between global and local sales strategies, priorities, and initiatives. * Working closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to align offerings with market needs. * Providing market insights and customer feedback to support product roadmap and innovation. * Ensuring smooth handover from sales to project execution teams. * Performance Management & Reporting * Ownership of global sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting. * Driving data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement in sales effectiveness. * Monitoring market trends, competition, and customer needs to adapt strategy accordingly. Requirements: * Minimum 10 years of proven experience in senior sales leadership roles within B2G/B2B environments in the defense or homeland security sector – Mandatory. * Demonstrated success in leading global sales of complex technological systems with long sales cycles – Mandatory. * Proven sales experience in large-scale projects, specifically in technological systems, HLS solutions, and low-voltage systems. * Experience in leading large governmental tenders and complex bid processes – Advantage. * Strong track record of achieving significant revenue growth in international markets. * Extensive experience managing multicultural sales teams and channel partners worldwide. * Deep understanding of global markets, particularly in Asia, Africa, Eastern Europe, and Latin America. * Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans. * Excellent negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship skills. * Native-level English – Mandatory; additional languages – strong advantage. * Willingness and ability to travel frequently abroad.
