The VP Client Success will own the success, growth, and long-term value of company’s existing customer base. This executive role is built around a clear ambition: to position the company as each client’s indispensable, default partner across execution, consulting, expert services, R&D and technology enablement — the first choice whenever work is outsourced or expertise is needed beyond in-house capabilities. The VP will lead deep, long-term client partnerships, expand engagement across a broad portfolio of services and solutions (including services, consulting, and reselling), and personally own relationships with the company’s most important clients. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on client ownership across startups and mid-to-large organizations. Key Responsibilities: Indispensable Client Partnerships Build long-term, embedded partnerships that position the company as a default and indispensable partner across execution, consulting, expert services, and technology enablement. Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business, technology, and operating models. Act as a senior advisor to client executives on decisions related to build vs. buy, in-house vs. outsourced, and platform adoption. Client Ownership & Executive Engagement Own overall client success and expansion across existing customer base. Personally manage and deepen relationships with the company’s top-tier (Tier-1) clients. Establish trusted executive-level relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders. Revenue Expansion & Portfolio Growth Drive revenue growth through upsell, cross-sell, and expansion across a multi-service, multi-solution portfolio, including professional services, consulting, expert services, and reselling. Expand the scope and strategic relevance of client engagements over time. Own retention, expansion, and long-term revenue growth metrics. Complex Commercial Leadership Lead complex, multi-stakeholder commercial engagements and long-term commercial frameworks. Own pricing models, commercial structures, and contract negotiations. Partner closely with Sales and Partnerships to align new business, reselling motions, and client expansion. Cross-Functional Leadership Work closely with Delivery, Consulting, Expert Services, Sales, Partnerships, Product, Marketing, and Finance. Represent the client internally and ensure alignment around client priorities and outcomes. Ensure a consistent, high-quality, end-to-end client experience across all engagement types. What Sets This Role Apart Ownership of how the company is positioned with clients — as an indispensable, multi-dimensional partner, not a single-mode service provider. Responsibility for client growth across execution, consulting, expert services, and technology platforms. A senior leadership role with direct impact on long-term revenue, client value, and strategic positioning. Requirements: 10+ years of experience in senior B2B roles involving complex sales, client ownership, and multi-service delivery in the high-tech sector. Proven experience expanding revenue within existing clients across services, consulting, and/or technology solutions. Experience working with startups as well as mid-to-large enterprises. Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and a hands-on leadership approach. Excellent executive communication, influencing, and negotiation skills. Fluent English required.
