In this role, you’ll ensure a positive customer experience by addressing queries and moderating user-generated content. Responsibilities * Reviewing various types of content (videos, images, text, and audio) to ensure compliance with established processes and policies. * Handling customer inquiries related to Trust & Safety matters, including abuse reports and appeals. * Collaborating with ByteDance’s internal teams to ensure the safety of both users and the brand. * Providing services in a rotating 24/7 shift schedule. Requirements * Fluency in both Hebrew and English. * Must have an EU passport or Portuguese work permit. * A passion for watching videos.
