Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on, execution-focused Vice President of Sales to lead Deepkeep through its next phase of growth. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in scaling environments—someone who can build structure while maintaining speed, and turn early traction into a predictable, repeatable revenue engine. You will own the entire sales function, from strategy to execution, and play a key role in shaping Deepkeep’s go-to-market approach, positioning, and revenue trajectory. Key Responsibilities * Define and execute a scalable, repeatable sales strategy to support rapid revenue growth * Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales organization (AEs, SDRs, partnerships) * Personally engage in key deals and strategic accounts to accelerate growth * Establish and optimize sales processes, playbooks, and forecasting discipline * Drive pipeline generation in collaboration with Marketing (PLG + enterprise motions where relevant) * Refine ICP, messaging, and value proposition based on market feedback * Shorten sales cycles and improve conversion rates across the funnel * Develop and manage channel and strategic partnerships to expand reach * Work cross-functionally with Product and Customer Success to ensure strong retention and expansion * Implement data-driven performance management and KPIs across the sales org Requirements * 10+ years of experience in B2B and cybersecurity sales, with 3–5+ years in senior leadership roles. * Proven experience scaling a sales organization in a growth-stage startup (Series A–C or similar) * Track record of building pipeline and closing enterprise deals ($50K–$500K+ ACV) * Strong ability to operate both strategically and tactically (“player-coach” mindset) * Experience building sales processes from early stages to maturity * Familiarity with selling technical products to security, AI, or engineering stakeholders * Excellent leadership, hiring, and team development skills * Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities Nice to Have * Experience in AI security, ML infrastructure, or cloud security * Background selling to CISOs, CTOs, and data/AI leaders * Experience with both direct sales and partner/channel motions * Prior experience in a startup that scaled successfully Why Join Deepkeep * Join a high-growth company at a critical inflection point * Shape and lead the revenue engine of a category-defining product * Work closely with founders and executive leadership * Competitive compensation, equity, and significant upside * Opportunity to build and scale a global sales organization from the ground up
