Collect and analyze user feedback and usage data to drive actionable insights. Requirements 3
• 5+ years in UX / Digital / Product / User Experience processes. Proven experience defining UX processes beyond visual design. Experience working with design teams and IT/development teams. Ability to write UX specifications, flows, and user journeys. Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Miro, Confluence.
