• to
• end paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, from setup to optimization according to KPIs & Targets Manage and optimize monthly budgets of hundred thousands ILS across multiple campaigns and platforms Monitor daily performance, analyze results, and implement optimizations Run A B tests on creatives, audiences, funnels, and bidding strategies Collaborate closely with creative, product, and analytics teams to improve performance Track and analyze key KPIs such as CPI, CPA, ROAS, retention, and LTV Work hands on with app analytics and attribution platforms, Firebase and AppsFlyer Build reports, insights, and clear recommendations using Excel and Google Sheets Launch marketing campaigns via marketing automation platform (braze) Stay up to date with performance marketing trends, tools, and platform changes Requirements 1+ years of hands
• on experience in user acquisition, PPC, or digital performance marketing Proven experience managing significant paid media budgets in a fast pace environment Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks. Strong performance
• focused experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads, including Search, App, and Conversion
• driven campaigns Strong analytical skills and solid knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets Strategic thinking and Background in mobile app advertising is a strong advantage High attention to detail, strong ownership mindset, and ability to execute independently Strong communication skills, written and spoken both in English & Hebrew Copywriting skills Team player Nice to have Experience with TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, Taboola, Outbrain Google Tag Manager Experience Familiarity with SKAN and privacy
