We’re growing — and building our Traffic Engineering practice. We’re looking for a Traffic Engineering Team Lead to take full ownership of the domain: professional leadership, project delivery, and building a strong team and client pipeline. What you’ll do Professional leadership * Provide traffic engineering consulting to clients: strategic plans, master plans, statutory plans (zoning/urban plans) * Lead traffic planning and design as part of client projects * Support and advise other internal teams on traffic-related aspects within multidisciplinary projects Management & team building * Shape the practice strategy: specialization focus, market trends, competitive landscape, profitability, and where our “force multipliers” are * Build and scale the traffic team as part of the firm’s growth strategy * Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with potential clients * Prepare proposals, pricing, and tender responses; assemble project teams * Participate in the firm’s management forum (team leads) Requirements * B.Sc. in Civil Engineering (Transportation specialization is an advantage) * 5+ years of relevant experience (Expert traffic engineer certification is an advantage) * Strong hands-on expertise in: * traffic arrangements / traffic management plans * roadway geometry * parking planning * signalized intersections / traffic signals * public transport * Registered in the Engineers Registry (Civil Engineering – Transportation/Traffic/Roads) * Proven experience working directly with public and private-sector clients Why join us You’ll have real influence: building a practice, setting standards, and creating measurable value for clients — within a supportive, collaborative environment that prioritizes excellence, continuous improvement, and high professional & ethical standards.
