Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a multidisciplinary engineering team (architecture, electro‑optics, systems, software, algorithms, mechanical, and test) Own technical leadership for electro‑optical tester architecture and development Drive tester development from R&D to mass production Lead integration, validation, and root‑cause analysis Improve test efficiency, cost, quality, and reliability Qualifications M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or another multidisciplinary technical field 5+ years of experience developing complex sensing or electro‑optical systems 5+ years of managerial experience leading and scaling R&D or engineering teams in multidisciplinary environments, with full ownership of planning, execution, team development, and support of end‑to‑end product development Strong system‑level understanding across hardware, software, algorithms, and complex product/system integration Proven experience defining test architectures for high‑volume products, including validation strategies, tester design, and production‑line optimization Strong program and project management capabilities, including roadmap development and cross‑functional coordination Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and cross‑team collaboration skills Advantages Knowledge of state‑of‑the‑art machine learning and deep learning methods Experience working with robotic systems Background in test automation and scripting Experience supporting NPI, manufacturing, and operations environments Why You’ll Love Working at RealSense Join a lean, innovative team advancing physical AI systems and enabling machines to truly perceive and interact with the world Be part of a high
