• on Test Pilot to join our Mission Ops team and lead UAV flight test activities across development, validation, and customer demonstration phases. Execute all flight test activities across development, validation, and demonstration phases Provide real
• time feedback to engineering teams during and after flights Develop detailed test plans, including objectives, success criteria, flight profiles, and risk assessments Produce structured test reports with data
• driven analysis, anomalies, and recommendation Prepare all drone platforms for testing, including:System configuration (firmware, payloads, comms links), Calibration (IMU, compass, sensors, optical systems), Payload integration and verificationֿ,Ensure all systems meet test readiness criteria prior to deployment Perform routine and corrective maintenance on UAV systems Track lifecycle status of key components (motors, ESCs, batteries, optics, etc.) Manage inventory of UAV components, tools, and consumables Coordinate procurement and ordering of spare parts to prevent operational downtime Lead UAV operations during customer demos, trials, and field deployments Represent the company in operational environments with professionalism and technical authority Requirements Certified Israeli military Bat drone operator with operational experience Technical background, including the ability to calibrate and tune PID settings for drones Experience with Betaflight and ArduPilot Drone pilot license for UAVs up to 25 kg
