Company Description MOONA is a center for innovation, technology, and STEM education based in the Western Galilee, Israel. Role Description As a Technology Instructor at MOONA, you will lead hands-on learning experiences for youth in the fields of engineering, technology, and innovation. The role combines technical knowledge, facilitation skills, and a strong sense of educational impact. You will work with small groups of students, guiding them through practical challenges, projects, and problem-solving processes, while exposing them to real-world technological thinking and future career pathways. Key responsibilities * Deliver engaging, hands-on STEM and technology workshops and courses * Facilitate learning processes in engineering, innovation, and creative problem-solving * Guide students through projects, challenges, and experiments * Adapt content to different learning levels and group dynamics * Collaborate with MOONA’s professional and educational team * Serve as a role model for curiosity, critical thinking, and teamwork Who this role is for * Engineers or Engineering Technicians from technological disciplines * Individuals who enjoy working with people and sharing knowledge * Strong communicators with a passion for education and impact * Prior teaching or instructional experience is an advantage (not required) What we offer * Meaningful work with social impact * Professional pedagogical training and ongoing support * A collaborative, values-driven work environment * Opportunity to influence and inspire the next generation of engineers and innovators Location Western Galilee, Israel Qualifications Required * Degree or diploma in Engineering or a related technological field * (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Software, or similar) * Strong technical curiosity and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities * Ability to engage, guide, and inspire youth in a learning environment * Availability to work in the Western Galilee Preferred * Previous experience in teaching, training, or facilitation * Experience working with youth or in educational frameworks * Hands-on experience with projects, labs, or technical systems * Familiarity with STEM, innovation, or project-based learning approaches Personal attrubutes * Passion for education and social impact * Independent, responsible, and adaptable * Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset * Enthusiastic, patient, and motivated to make a difference
