TSG Group, a leading company in the development of advanced systems for the defense and civilian industries in Israel and worldwide, is looking for a Technological Recruitment & HR Specialist to join our team! Responsibilities: * Sourcing: Identifying candidates through a variety of recruitment channels, including headhunting on LinkedIn. * Publishing job openings across multiple job boards and social media platforms. * Screening and filtering candidates according to job requirements. * Conducting phone interviews and documenting interview summaries. * Initiating, organizing, and managing employee welfare activities (gifts, events, etc.). * Updating employee onboarding, offboarding, and changes in the SAP system. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or a related field. * Previous experience in recruitment. * Experience in technological recruitment – an advantage. * Familiarity with the “Adam” recruitment system – an advantage. * Knowledge and experience in employee welfare activities – an advantage. * Familiarity with SAP – an advantage.
