Qualifications * Technical skills in hardware installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting * Proficiency in software installation and configuration * Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Relevant certifications or degrees in Information Technology or related field * Experience in a similar role and industry is a plus * Fluency in Hebrew and English
