Y.H Irrigation provides services such as system construction, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance to ensure efficient water management. Their smart systems currently control over 20,000 irrigated agricultural acres in the northern region of Israel, making them a leader in this specialized field. Role Description This is a full-time on-site Technician role based in North District, Israel. Daily responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and repairing irrigation and control systems, troubleshooting equipment issues, and conducting regular system inspections. The Technician will also assist in upgrading existing systems and managing construction projects for water infrastructure. The role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality service and efficiency. Qualifications * Technical skills in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining irrigation and control systems * Experience in system installation and upgrading existing water infrastructure * Knowledge of smart irrigation technologies and automated control systems * Basic understanding of electrical systems, mechanical systems, and plumbing * Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail * Physical ability to perform on-site technical work * Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team setting * Previous experience in agriculture, water infrastructure, or a similar field preferred * Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the North District * Fluency in Hebrew; proficiency in English is an advantage
