Requirements: * Graduate of MCSE / MCITP / MCSA / CCNA / CCNP courses. * 1 year of experience in technical support, user support, troubleshooting – an advantage. * Knowledge in Networking – significant advantage. * Familiarity with Office 365 – advantage. * Familiarity with Active Directory – advantage. * Very good English – mandatory. * High motivation. * Excellent interpersonal skills.
