Company Description SITE123, a leading website builder platform, is looking for a Technical Support Representative to join our team. Location: Gav-Yam Negev Tech Park, Be’er Sheva Position Type: Full-time, 5 days a week, office-based What You’ll Do * Provide professional and high-quality support to customers via chat and email (in specific cases phone support as well) * Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers in using the platform * Deliver clear, accurate, and effective solutions * Review chats and perform quality assurance on customer support responses * Work with AI systems, including monitoring, reviewing, and improving the quality of AI-generated responses * Identify recurring issues and share insights to help improve the customer experience What We’re Looking For * High level of English, both written and spoken * Previous experience in technical support or customer service * Strong understanding of internet environments, web browsers, and basic website-building concepts * Excellent communication skills and strong customer service orientation * Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage time effectively * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail * High motivation, accountability, and a proactive approach Nice to Have * Previous experience working with AI systems or in quality assurance for support responses * Knowledge of HTML and CSS * Experience with website builder platforms * Proficiency in additional languages * Background in sales or customer retention This is a great opportunity to work with a professional team, and gain valuable experience in technical support, customer service, and AI-driven workflows.
