We are looking for a hands-on Program Manager / Technical Project Manager to lead and manage complex projects within a SaaS and web-based product environment. This role is suited for a mid-level candidate with experience in project management, system analysis, and close collaboration with development teams, as well as some experience leading small teams or taking ownership in a matrix environment. Responsibilities Manage and lead multiple complex projects in parallel within a web and SaaS environment Plan and track timelines, priorities, and deliverables to ensure successful execution Work closely with development, QA, Product, and UI/UX teams on a daily basis Gather business and client requirements and translate them into clear functional and technical specifications Write detailed system and functional requirement documents Support the full development lifecycle from requirements through delivery Identify risks, resolve issues, and manage cross-team dependencies Provide professional leadership or manage a small team (2–5 people or matrix leadership) Present ongoing project status and progress to stakeholders Requirements 3–5 years of experience in Technical Project Management or similar roles Proven experience managing complex projects in SaaS or web-based product environments Strong experience in system analysis and writing specifications Experience working closely with development teams and understanding web architecture Experience leading a small team or taking ownership in a team environment Familiarity with modern web technologies such as React, Node.js, .NET, or similar Experience working in Agile environments and with tools such as Jira Advantages Background in software development Experience working closely with UI/UX teams Experience working directly with clients
