We are looking for a Tech Ecosystem Builder to lead the growth of the Eilat & Eilot tech and entrepreneurship ecosystem. This is a unique opportunity to shape a regional tech hub from the ground up, working with startups, tech companies, investors, government, academia, and innovation leaders. About the Role As Tech Ecosystem Builder – Eilat & Eilot, you will be responsible for developing a strong and sustainable regional tech ecosystem by: * Attracting tech companies, startups, and R&D activity * Creating high-quality technology employment * Building talent pipelines aligned with industry needs * Connecting the region to national and global innovation networks This is a strategic, hands-on role with real impact. Key Responsibilities * Build and execute a regional tech ecosystem strategy * Attract tech companies, startups, and innovation activity to Eilat & the Arava * Develop soft-landing, incentive, and partnership frameworks * Lead initiatives for tech talent development, reskilling, and recruitment * Support local startups and entrepreneurial activity * Build partnerships with government, academia, VCs, corporates, and innovation hubs * Represent the ecosystem at conferences and industry events * Track impact, KPIs, and ecosystem growth metrics What We’re Looking For * Experience in tech, startups, innovation, entrepreneurship, or ecosystem building * Strong understanding of the startup and tech landscape * Proven ability to build partnerships and lead cross-sector initiatives * Business development and relationship-driven mindset * Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities * Excellent communication skills in English (Hebrew – advantage) Why Join? * Shape the future of a new and growing tech region * Work at the intersection of innovation, impact, and regional development * High autonomy, influence, and visibility * Opportunity to work with leading startups, investors, and public-sector leaders
