As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and closing. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, strong relationship-building skills, and a proactive, organized, hands-on approach in a startup environment. Key Responsibilities * Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across technical and non-technical roles. * Sourcing & Candidate Generation: Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines of high-quality and diverse candidates using multiple channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, etc.). * Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand team needs, define job requirements, and build effective interview and hiring processes. * Candidate Experience: Ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience from first contact through onboarding. * Screening & Assessment: Conduct in-depth candidate screenings to assess technical capabilities, experience, and cultural fit. * Process & Ownership: Drive recruitment best practices, improve hiring processes, and take full ownership of roles in a fast-paced startup environment. Requirements: * Experience: 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with proven experience in a startup or high-growth environment (mandatory). * Technical Recruiting: Demonstrated success recruiting for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Product, R&D). * Cybersecurity Background: Experience recruiting in cybersecurity companies or for security-related roles – a strong advantage. * Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with candidates and hiring managers at all levels. * Organization & Execution: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, changing environment. * Tech Savvy: Hands-on experience with sourcing tools.
