– mandatory * Attorney license or CPA license – mandatory * Managerial experience – mandatory * Experience working with high-tech companies – mandatory * Experience as an attorney or CPA – up to four years – mandatory * High-level English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) – mandatory Skills: * High service orientation * Responsibility, independence, reliability * Assertiveness and thoroughness * Ability to learn quickly * Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
