Full-time position from our offices in Petah Tikva, 5 days a week, on-site What will you do?
• Manage and lead end-to-end technological recruitment processes
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements
• Publish job openings across multiple channels and tailor messaging to each platform
• Conduct targeted sourcing using advanced tools (LinkedIn, social networks, relevant groups, and more)
• Screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and collaborate with various internal stakeholders
• Take part in organizational HR processes Requirements: 3+ years of experience in tech recruitment – must Proven experience in focused sourcing on LinkedIn – must Experience posting jobs and searching for candidates across multiple channels – must Strong command of Office tools – must High level of English – must Experience working with Canva – advantage Strong organizational skills, high service orientation, independence, creativity, initiative, multitasking abilities, and strong teamwork/collaboration skills Please send your CV to: orli@mobilegroup.co.il
