We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global company for a 12-month maternity leave replacement. In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment for local hiring while partnering with global TA/HR stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality hiring process. Your day will include: * Own full lifecycle recruitment process. * Source candidates using effective and creative outreach techniques. * Build and maintain an active pool of candidates to meet future hiring targets * Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the entire process. * Manage all external recruiting agencies in an effective manner. * Track recruiting data to report and identify areas for improvement. * Support other recruiting efforts and projects as necessary. * Plan and initiate recruitment workflow (including screening calls, assessments and coordinating in-person interviews) * Source using diverse online channels to attract the best potential talents * Think outside the box and be creative to always find new channels and sources Requirements * 2–4 years of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience (in-house preferred) * Experience in technological recruiting * experience as a recruiter in a Global company * Experience with high-volume recruiting and sourcing techniques. * Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities. * Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. * Excellent verbal and written communicator in English. * High level of energy, motivation, initiative, and professionalism * A team player with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills * Bachelor’s degree in related discipline.-advantage * High level of energy, motivation, initiative, and professionalism * A team player with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills About Tata Consultancy Services Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is an IT services, consulting and business solutions organization that has been partnering with many of the world’s largest businesses in their transformation journeys for over 50 years.
