Keshet Group is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist– Maternity Leave Cover. This is a hands-on role with real ownership over end-to-end recruitment processes, exposure to a wide variety of positions, and plenty of opportunity to make an impact. What will you do? * Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a wide range of roles * Work closely with hiring managers: define needs, sharpen role profiles, and provide professional guidance throughout the process * Source candidates through multiple channels: sourcing, social media, candidate databases, partnerships, employee referrals, and more * Conduct phone screens and in-depth face-to-face interviews, write evaluations, and perform reference checks * Ensure an excellent candidate experience through clear communication, transparency, and efficient process management * Support onboarding and integration of new hires in collaboration with relevant stakeholders * Manage recruitment processes in the ATS What are we looking for? * At least 2 years of in-house recruitment experience in a medium-sized organization – required * Proven experience in tech recruitment – required * Experience conducting phone and in-person interviews – required * Strong ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously, with excellent organization, attention to detail, and time management * Excellent interpersonal communication skills, service-oriented mindset, and the ability to drive processes with hiring managers and candidates * Experience working with Comeet ATS – an advantage
