Role Description As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment of technology roles, working closely with strategic clients across the private and public sectors. Responsibilities * Sourcing candidates through social networks, including LinkedIn * Conducting in-depth phone interviews * Accompanying candidates throughout the recruitment process * Managing and advancing candidates with account managers and key clients * Working with leading organizations in both the private and governmental sectors Requirements * At least 1 year of recruitment experience – mandatory * Experience in technology recruitment – advantage * Proven experience conducting in-depth phone interviews * Understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes * Sales orientation or commercial mindset – advantage * High motivation, strong drive to succeed, and desire for professional growth * Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
