We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and lead our hiring efforts while shaping the employee experience. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who loves recruitment, thrives in a dynamic environment, and wants to be part of building and improving processes. What You’ll Do Own and lead end-to-end recruitment processes Partner closely with hiring managers and influence hiring decisions Manage and mentor a recruitment coordinator Source top talent using LinkedIn, social media, and creative sourcing strategies Conduct HR interviews and drive hiring excellence Build, improve, and scale recruitment processes and pipelines Analyze recruitment data, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement Collaborate with external partners (agencies, vendors) Take part in onboarding and employee lifecycle processes Lead employee engagement and welfare initiatives What We’re Looking For
– 3–5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / HR
– Strong hands-on experience managing full-cycle recruitment
– Experience working closely with hiring managers
– Proven sourcing skills using LinkedIn and other platforms
– Experience mentoring or guiding a recruiter/coordinator – a big plus
– Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills
– Experience with HR systems and recruitment tools
– Data-driven mindset (KPIs, dashboards, reporting) Why Join Us?
